Todd Moase graduated with a certificate in private investigations from Atlantic Forensic Investigation & Consultants Ltd in 2005. Since graduating, Moase worked with different private investigations companies across Atlantic Canada. He continued his training and education, receiving his advanced certification in the Reid technique of interviewing and interrogation (Boston, 2006), and graduating from the Atlantic police academy in 2007. He is a member of the Council of Private Investigators - Atlantic Canada (CPI-AC) and serves as vice-president for the PEI division of the CPI-AC. Moase also has investigative body status with CPI-AC in accordance with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). His training in investigations, policing and law is ongoing, recently completing professional development training in Canadian law and private investigations instructed by Norman J. Groot. Eyespy Investigations was incepted in 2010.
